Check-in time is between 14.00 (2.00pm) and 1700 (5pm) Sun-Thur and 1300 (1pm) and 1700 (5pm) Fri/Sat. Should you be arriving after 1700 hrs (5pm), please call (02) 4883 6068 to arrange auto check in.

CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10.00AM

The person in whose name this reservation is made, is the person who must check-in, provide identification, and sign the Guest Registration Form.
Under no circumstances will room entry be provided to 3rd parties without prior authorisation.
All units are allocated ONE parking position in the designated parking area. Please do not park anywhere that may cause inconvenience to other guests. We cannot accommodate trucks, caravans or trailers in Motel grounds. In the interests of ALL Guests, only the registered occupants of each room are permitted to remain in that room after midnight.
The SECURITY and SAFETY of all Motels Guests is of paramount importance. Any person who, in the process of making a reservation, provides false or misleading personal information will have their reservation automatically cancelled.

ALL ROOMS ARE DESIGNATED NON-SMOKING
Any guest who vacates their room after rendering it unusable for the following night (and not reported) may be charged an additional night at a rate applicable to that night.
DAMAGE to rooms - that is caused by Guests whereby the room is unusable will incur a charge for the following night at that nightly rate. In addition, the Guest will be liable for any replacement cost associated with having to replace equipment that is deemed beyond.

FACIAL MAKE-UP and BODY TANNING sprays permanently damage towels, face cloths etc. Any such damage will attract a replacement penalty of at least $45. There is a dark face washer located in the bathroom vanity for the removal of make-up repair.

PARKING on the property is strictly for Motel Guests only. The Motel takes no responsibility for loss or damage to Guests property.

PETS - We cannot accommodate pets during your stay and therefore a strict no pets policy applies. Please contact us ahead of time if a Service pet is required and we can arrange. If there is evidence of pets in the room or on Motel bedding, charges will apply.

Payment Policy

To secure every booking, lodgement of credit card details is mandatory, however, payment is not processed until the day of check-in.

No penalty will be incurred for cancellations where 48hrs notice prior to check-in time is provided. Failure to cancel will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night rate.

Room Rates applicable for each room are displayed on the days/dates of occupancy. Children under the age of 12 are free, 12 and over are treated as an additional adult and attract the applicable charge of $38. Cot/s are available at $38.
