Stayed for 2 nights in a family room over the long weekend. Price was excellent when compared to other places which were charging close to double. Rooms quite clean and generous in size and had a large bathroom (but no tub). Was quite hot during our stay so used the pool at rear of property which was great. Generally has very little noise except for the occasional train which passes by. My opinion though, they didn’t bother me at all. Other, however, may not like it. The only negative was that one of the single beds sagged on the one side. Whilst my 14 yo son didn’t mind, would have been an issue for me to sleep on it. Would stay again if I came down this way.
